We built a single platform around the dispatch workflow. Incoming calls arrive through VoIP integration and several can be handled at the same time, with an AI voice robot able to take requests. Operators work from a live dashboard, drivers and customers each have their own app, WhatsApp provides another way to get in touch, and an admin area manages the system.
