With more than 5,000 professionals, that means a very large volume of documents, and every one of them contains personal data that must be protected under GDPR.

We built a document management system for Colegiul Fizioterapeuților din România. It holds the regulation documentation, keeps track of professionals, collects their documentation and issues certifications. It also handles yearly confirmations and tracks study credits, so the Colegiul has one clear record for each of its more than 5,000 professionals. Privacy and access control were part of the design from the start.
